1. Purchasing & Payments

All purchases must be made through our secure checkout system. We support multiple payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and our internal Wallet system.

  • Prices are displayed in MAD and other supported currencies.
  • Payments are processed instantly; you will receive your product as soon as the transaction is confirmed.
  • Sellers receive payments only after a successful delivery and an optional holding period.

2. Digital Delivery Rules

Playzaar specializes in digital products. Delivery happens in two ways:

  • Instant Delivery: Products with this badge are delivered immediately upon purchase via your "My Purchases" dashboard.
  • Manual Delivery: The seller will deliver the product to you manually. Delivery times may vary but are usually within 24 hours.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • If a key is invalid or "already used", buyers must contact the seller via a support ticket.
  • If the seller cannot provide a working replacement, a full refund to the buyer's Wallet will be issued.
  • Once a digital code is viewed or redeemed, it is generally ineligible for a refund unless proven faulty.
